OFFICE VISITS ARE SCHEDULED BY APPOINTMENT, BUT WALK-INS ARE WELCOME. Especially if your pet has a life-threatening emergency, please call our clinic at (308) 762-7053 to schedule an appointment for a visit.

WE PROVIDE EMERGENCY CARE FOR OUR CLIENTS during office hours. For after-hours emergency care, The Animal Center has an emergency mobile phone number, 308-760-2278. We have a veterinarian on-call locally to service after-hour emergencies .

WE OFFER AN IN-HOUSE PHARMACY as a service to our clients. We stock the most commonly prescribed medications for your pet. In the event that we do not carry a specific medication, we will either order it for you, or give you a script to be filled at the pharmacy of your choice. OUR REGULAR OFFICE IS OPEN Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon. We are closed every day from noon until 1 p.m. to allow our staff a lunch.

WE ARE PROUD OF OUR HOSPITAL, and are happy to give hospital tours to individuals or small groups. Individuals wishing to take a look at our facility are welcome to come at any time. We suggest coming in for tours in late-morning or late-afternoon, when we are more likely to have free time for your tour. If you are a small group (Cub Scouts, Brownies, etc.), please call us first at (308) 762-7053 to arrange a tour. You may also click here to see a photo tour of the hospital. 

YOU ARE WELCOME TO VISIT YOUR PET any time that we are open. We recommend that you call (308) 762-7053 ahead of time, as we have a limited amount of space for visiting families. 

THE ANIMAL CENTER is located at 2350 CR 58 which is across the street from the Alliance cemetery out east on Otoe road (also known as 10th St.) and North on County Road 58. 

Many pet owners are now purchasing pet insurance to help them afford health care for their pet family members. We recommend Pets Best Insurance and you can click here to get a 5% discount and more information on their plans. Our staff will be happy to provide you with copies of your pet medical records for submission to your insurance company or to contact your insurance company for pre-approval. Simply discuss the matter with the receptionist at your next appointment or contact us for more information.
